How far in advance should we book?

For weddings and large events, we recommend booking several months in advance. For corporate, property and portrait sessions, availability can often be more flexible.

Pricing & VAT

How much do your photography services cost?

Pricing varies depending on the type of photography, duration, location and deliverables required. We provide tailored quotes to ensure you only pay for what you need.

Is VAT included in your pricing?

Yes. All pricing is inclusive of VAT. If required, VAT can be itemised separately on invoices.

Do you offer fixed packages?

For certain services we offer structured packages. For others, we provide bespoke pricing based on your requirements.

On the Day

What happens during the shoot?

We take a professional yet relaxed approach, ensuring you feel comfortable while we capture natural, high-quality images. For events and corporate work, we work efficiently and unobtrusively.

Can we provide a shot list?

Absolutely. We welcome guidance and specific requests to ensure we capture what matters most to you.

Do you bring backup equipment?

Yes. We always carry professional backup equipment to ensure reliability on the day.

Editing & Delivery

How long does it take to receive our photos?

Turnaround times depend on the type and scale of the shoot. Weddings typically take longer due to the volume of images. Portrait and smaller sessions are delivered more quickly.

We will provide an estimated delivery timeframe when you book.

How are the photos delivered?

Images are delivered via secure online download from our website. We can also provide USB copies and printed photographs if requested.

Are digital downloads available sooner than prints?

Yes. Digital images are delivered first. Printed photographs are typically dispatched approximately one week after final image approval.

How many photos will we receive?

The number of images depends on the type and duration of the shoot. Weddings and large events generate more images, while portrait sessions deliver a carefully curated selection.

Are the images professionally edited?

Yes. All delivered images are professionally edited to ensure consistent quality, colour and finish.

Usage Rights & Licensing

Can we use the images for marketing or commercial purposes?

Yes. Once full payment has been made, the images are yours to use as you wish, including for commercial purposes.

Will you use our photos for your marketing?

We may request permission to feature selected images in our portfolio or marketing materials. This is entirely your decision, and we will always respect your preference.

Travel & Locations

Do you travel for shoots?

Yes. We work across the UK. Travel arrangements can be discussed at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Changes

What happens if we need to reschedule?

We understand that plans can change. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate a new date, subject to availability.
