Laurence Thorn
Laurence Thorn is a Midlands-based photographer specialising in portrait and event photography, with over 15 years of experience capturing meaningful moments. Known for his natural and authentic style, Laurence has a talent for documenting the atmosphere, emotion, and energy of weddings, parties, and special occasions.
He graduated from the University of Derby with a First-Class degree in Photography and has received multiple awards for his work, including the Graduate Achievement Award at the 2021 Format International Photography Festival for his digital media project Actualise. His documentary series European Cultures Connect has also been exhibited across the UK and Europe, including in Spain, Germany, and Czechia.
Laurence is dedicated to crafting honest, timeless images that capture genuine connections and emotion. He approaches every event with professionalism, care, and respect, ensuring clients feel comfortable and confident throughout the experience. He believes everyone deserves a dedicated photographer who values both quality and value, and who treats every photograph as important.

George Stocks
George Stocks is a photographer and videographer based in the East Midlands, specialising in capturing memorable moments at weddings, events, parties and more - whether they're portraits of one special moment in time, or a video to remember for years to come. George's lifelong interest in photography has led him from days of capturing landscapes and street scenes as a young teenager, to nowadays striving to create the most meaningful and emotive scenes of special occasions.
After studying one year of photography at the University of Derby he went on to graduate in Film Production, attaining the Dean's award for Best Picture for the cinematography work on his final year film, Travis; another film, Spin, was entered into the Filmhaus festival in Berlin where it was nominated for Best Student Picture. His other short film work has been entered into film festivals and shown at events such as Showroom Shorts. Additionally, his photography work has been exhibited in Spain as part of the EliCon Lived Cultures Connect exhibition.
George's knowledge of both still photography and videography allow him to view every little instant of emotion with precision and heart, to ensure that every individual client walks away with their special moment beautifully captured.
